1. How long does it take to receive my order?

For made-to-order items, please allow 1-2 weeks for production and fulfillment. Expedited pre-orders take 7-14 business days for production and fulfillment. Pre-made items will be fulfilled within 2-3 days. Please note that these timeframes do include shipping time.

2. Can I return or exchange my purchase?

No, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, changes to orders, or exchanges once the item has been shipped out or production has started. We recommend carefully reading the product descriptions before making a purchase.

3. What should I do if I receive a defective or wrong item?

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right on our behalf.

4. What if my package is lost during shipment?

We are not responsible for any lost packages during shipment. If your package goes missing, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
